Place one cooled, baked cookie upside-down
on a microwave-safe plate. Place 1 large marshmallow on top. |

Microwave on High for 15-20
seconds or until the marshmallow is soft and puffy. |
| |
Place a second cookie
on top and press down slightly. Cool, serve, and enjoy! |

| OATMEAL
RAISIN COOKIE DOUGH (with cinnamon chips) |
| Giant Cookie: |
| |
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Press out 3 cups (1.5 lbs.) of well-chilled cookie dough evenly
into the bottom of an ungreased 12" pizza pan. |

Bake cookies at 350°F
for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Due to oven variations,
times may differ. |

Cool, cut,
serve and enjoy! |
| WHITE
CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT COOKIE DOUGH |
| Polynesian Delights: |
| |
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll each ball into shredded
coconut, until evenly covered. Place dough onto ungreased cookie
sheet about 2" apart. Flatten slightly and sprinkle with
your own cinnamon-sugar mixture. |

Bake cookies at 350°F
for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Due to oven variations,
times may differ. |

Cool, cut,

| PEANUT
BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE DOUGH |
| Ice Cream Sandwiches: |
| |
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Shape dough into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place 3" apart on ungreased
cookie sheet. |

Bake cookies at 350°F
for 12-14 minutes. Due to oven variations, times may differ.
Cool; remove from cookie sheet. |

Place a scoop of ice cream
(1/3 cup) in center of a cooled cookie; bottom up. Place another
cookie, bottom down, on ice cream. Gently press cookies together. |

Wrap sandwich
in foil; freeze immediately until firm (at least 8 hours). Store
in freezer. |
